Health Play – MMM dance system for young children (ages 3-5) offers a playful introduction to movement, music and creative expression

Through song and music combined with movement sequences, the child’s early artistic development is encouraged, together with the development of memory, rhythm, coordination, and muscular control. Margaret’s Health Play are as meaningful and important in 1936, as they are today.

Children’s Grades for children 6 years old and older (Levels I, II, III, IV, V & Elementary Grade)

Children learn set exercises in each Grade level and have the opportunity to pass an examination, if they wish. The exercises encourage movement control, spatial awareness, imagination, music and creative expression, as well as physical development of the child’s range of movement, and form a foundation for the adult work. This progression serves as a good incentive for learning and concentration. There is an optional sixth grade called Elementary (Royal Blue), which aims to build a bridge into the adult colour grades.
