Name, address, phone number, email address, gender and age (if applicable) : MMM Canada membership applications; bursary applications; newsletter registration; workshop or event registration forms and contact information
Examination results, class teacher and colour level: MMM Canada will store your class teacher and colour level as part of membership application and examination results records. This is for future reference, production of certificates and MMMIL accreditation and historical value.
A record of emails or other communication may be collected in order for MMM Canada to respond to enquiries, requests and complaints.
MMM Canada will collect information or materials with your informed consent (i.e., waiver forms), such as photographs or videos, for contributions to the MMM Canada website and social media (see social media below).
MMM Canada may also collect personal information, including opinions and views as part of surveys.

Payment Details

MMM Canada will not store any financial details. Payments are made by either electronic transfer or by cheque, which are external to the web site.
